I know that it may feel overwhelming when selling your home when faced with a to do list but curb appeal is one of the most important factors of a SALE! If you have dead plants, a doorbell that doesn't work or a front door that needs work more than likely buyers will not make it into the house. If they do they will be thinking what else has not been kept up with this home and they will be already deducting dollar signs off your asking price IF you are lucky enough to even get an offer.
